しまなみブルワリーの定番ラガー「ストライクピルスナー」「ファーストラガー」と、新感覚レモンサワー「しまなみ超レモンサワー」のセットです。
通常のレモンサワーは蒸留酒と炭酸を合わせたものにレモンを加えた飲み物ですが、「しまなみ超レモンサワー」はクラフトビールの醸造技術を使ったレモンサワー。程よい発酵の香りと自然な甘みが感じられるよう試行錯誤し生まれた自家製ハードセルツァーを、さらに加熱処理してまろやかみを演出。その後、たっぷりとレモン果汁を加えて、レモンの産地尾道らしいプレミアムな商品に仕上げました。
原料の一部には、瀬戸内産レモンも使用。レモン感あふれる一品です。

氷を入れるとキリッとした飲み口になり、これからのシーズンにぴったり。氷無しのグラスで飲むと温度が上がるにつれて酸味がとれてまろやかに。醸造酒らしい自然な甘みと酵母の香りが楽しめます。
